Betty Vasquez, owner of Taste of Peru, presented a beautiful buffet-dinner with
over 10 platters, many of them based on our Quinua.
The dishes presented were DELICIOUS, every one of them!

promoting our nutritious Peruvian
quinua. I was very impressed, not only with
the delicious dishes but also with the presentation. The quinua
was presented
in different dishes that complemented the meats and fish, and shrimp plates.
The "tiradito"
was the best I have ever tasted!. I encourage you not to miss
the next opportunity to try our andean cuisine".

you had last
Saturday night was wonderful. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed learning
about Quipunet and
all that you are doing for towns in Peru. We loved learning
about quinoa and enjoyed tasting the many ways it can
be prepared. I even took
home a beautiful bag and the Chilean bugs (my son thinks they are so cool!).
